ABOUT THE OWNER

As a young child, Joshua was fascinated with the ability to build functional structures from scratch. In 2006 Joshua, at the age of 22, he would be in charge of a construction crew building Sun rooms and decks for Champion Windows. In 2008 he would become Production Manager of not one but four departments at Champion Windows and in 2012, the founding of 323 Construction turned his young fascination into a business reality. Joshua, his wife and 3 children, reside in the Columbia area where he operates and oversees 323 Construction. He is a dedicated member to the National Home Builders Association and serves on the Remodeling Council for the Columbia Builders Association.
