Hey, I’m Joshua Love, owner of 323 Construction.

I’ve always had a passion for building, working with my hands, and taking something from an idea on paper to something real that a family can enjoy. Over the years, I’ve gained experience across many areas of residential construction, and today I’m proud to serve homeowners throughout South Carolina as a licensed residential builder.

What matters most to me is doing things the right way. I believe in being upfront with my clients, communicating throughout the project, paying attention to the details, and standing behind the work we do.
